Because Omni Designs Services provides custom creative work, this policy explains how refunds are handled at each stage of a project. Specific terms for your project are always confirmed with you directly by phone before work begins.
If you cancel a project before any design work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
Once concept work has begun, payment covers the design time already invested. If you cancel at this stage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, reflecting work completed versus work remaining.
Because completed digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once final artwork has been delivered.
If a delivered design doesn't match what was discussed, our first step is always to revise it using the revision rounds included in your package, rather than issue a refund. Requests outside the agreed project scope may be quoted separately.
